TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear Friends,

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking one of our retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them. The contract and booking is made with, and services will be provided by My Happy Escape. By booking a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

Payment:

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the retreat and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the start of the retreat. Payment can be made by credit card or Paypal.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:

• If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the retreat, no refund will be given.

Changes to Retreats:

We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodation, and/or facilitators if necessary. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible and will do our best to ensure that the changes do not affect the quality of the retreat.

Liability: 

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the retreat. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover any unexpected incidents.

Health and Fitness: 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please inform us before booking. We may be able to modify the physical aspect of the retreat if possible.

Behavior: 

We expect all our guests to behave responsibly and respectfully towards each other, the facilitators, and the local community. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the retreat if we believe your behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.

Intellectual Property: 

All intellectual property rights in the retreat, including but not limited to materials, photographs, and recordings, are owned by My Happy Escape. You may not use any of this material for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Privacy: 

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to communicate with you about the retreat and to fulfill our obligations to you. We will not share or sell your personal information with any third parties.

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the retreat takes place.
