Here are just a few things you will experience:
Learn to cook Italian cuisine, make coffee the Italian way, eat, dance, live, hang out your clothes, and move like an Abruzzese, Italian.
Hospitality is in abundance here. Happy and kind people with so much to give. Leave with joy, a sense of fulfilment, and a certificate signed by an official.
Let us get back to being real and authentic in how we connect with nature and people during our global adventures.
Our purpose is to promote cultural immersion and global exchange in the enchanting mountain villages that are threatened by population abandonment.

Growing up in New York City with Sicilian heritage, Italy has always held a special place in my heart. Despite visiting Sicily with my parents at the age of ten, I didn't return until I turned fifty. This hiatus made me realize that I had been prioritizing work over my own well-being for too long. After dedicating 21 years as an Operations Manager, I felt a strong urge for change. It's a common struggle among city dwellers—getting lost in the grind and missing out on life's simple joys. I knew I needed to break free from this cycle. So, I made a bold decision: to share my love for Italy and other beautiful places by bringing people to experience them firsthand. I'm captivated by history, vibrant cultures, and the irresistible flavors of coffee, wine, and fresh cuisine around the world. I extend an open invitation to everyone to take a break from their hectic lives and embark on a journey with us. It is okay to escape. Allow me to facilitate your retreat and introduce you to the breathtaking beauty of Southern Italy, where unforgettable memories await.

I began my global journey early in life, from the Caribbean to the US, and then worldwide. Traveling to different countries allowed me to escape traumatic situations and embark on a journey of healing. Along the way, I discovered more about myself. I took the opportunity to explore new spaces freely, without creating boundaries. I have traveled solo across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, and North America, not only as a backpacker but also as an educator, consultant, and motivational speaker. I've conducted presentations in China (where I also taught business courses for a year), the Caribbean, Bangladesh, Egypt, Italy (Sicily), and Romania. My recent solo trip to India involved connecting Western yoga teachers with authentic Indian Yoga Masters in Rishikesh. Each place holds something special, but Answan, Egypt stands out for its Nubian people, indigenous to Egypt, one of the world's oldest civilizations. Abruzzo, Italy, felt like heaven, with its spiritually magical essence. After all, it's Europe's greenest region, where eco-friendly values prevail, offering an organic space to breathe and connect with oneself and others. Come experience it firsthand. I'm eager to serve you.
