Our cozy mountain villa offers a large bedroom with a panoramic view of a green mountain range and nearby villages from the balcony. It is stunning! The house also includes a gorgeous modern bathroom, a kitchen/dining/lounge area, all with modern amenities. The house is furnished with a traditional Italian style. There is heating and air conditioning to ensuring a comfortable stay anytime of the year. 

A short-term stay is between 7 and 28 days.

Abruzzo is the greenest region of Italy and Europe. The air is clean and refreshing. By coming here, you will understand what "La Dolce Vita" really means. The charming rustic villages are works of art waiting to be discovered, and the breathtaking scenery will inspire you in whatever you are doing. 

You will obtain information on local markets, cafes, restaurants, and transportation .

With only 300 residents in this village, our guest house boasts picturesque views of mountains. Our village House is also conveniently located near other villages. Immerse yourself in the local culture and discover the rich history of this region while enjoying the peace and serenity of your home away from home. Come experience the natural beauty of Abruzzo and make this home a place to be.

A few steps away from the house is a breathtaking outlook--the perfect spot to enjoy a sunrise or sunset. Close to Civitaluparella is one of the best cooking schools in the country. We are also fortunate to be surrounded by a lake, falls, rivers, trails, and rocks for climbers. Oh yes, there is a castle and a museum as well. 

You never have to buy bottled water.  Our potable water fountain is only 40 Feet away from the villa. Yes, the water comes directly from the mountain. 

This home is strategically located close to the highway that takes you to the coast (45 minutes) and to the ski slope (45 minutes).
